“The reason I decided to publish this book (and series) is simply that for years now people have asked me if I have ever done one. From an early stage during the planning process, my idea was to share some of my favourite images with you, but also to include some camera settings and techniques that have served me well over the years. However, I didn’t want it to be just another photography book full of technical jargon that newcomers to photography may not fully understand.I do hope you enjoy this
book as much as I have creating it for you. Moreover, I hope that some of the information provided is useful to you and perhaps inspires you to take up photography if you haven’t already………”

Just a few words about Jack's book life through my lens It's good to see a book that describes things so simply. Very much enjoyed the reading as for the photo's Brilliant, It's great to know with the information you have supplied I can go out and put into practice with ease. After reading this book the thing for me to do was to grab the camera and click away. Great first can only wait for the second.
