Exmoor Photography Course Blog May 2025:
We concluded this year's Steart Marsh sessions with Paul, who was great company. I believe he successfully accomplished his objectives with his camera, and the settings I recommended proved to be highly effective, particularly for capturing birds in flight (BIF), which had previously posed a challenge for him. This season has provided some of the most remarkable Dipper sightings we have seen in recent years. Our clients had numerous opportunities to witness and photograph significant activity, including parent birds feeding their hungry juveniles.
Our visits to Ham Wall have been equally rewarding, offering a diverse range of subjects to observe and photograph. These excursions afforded ample opportunity to demonstrate the full capabilities of our clients' cameras when properly configured.
Additionally, there are dates available for the Kingfisher hide sessions in July and August.
