OMG shots of a lifetime juvenile female attacked on perch by adult female, she came in like a rocket and then fighting in the river right in front of hide both survived. I new something was up because the juvenile wasn’t settled then I heard the adult and the juvenile did the usual angel wings in defence. All over in a matter of seconds so very relieved I managed to get timing right and had a bit of luck. Don’t like to blast away with the shutter for to long. I’ve always found short well timed bursts to be much less obtrusive.
I've waited my whole life for this. Got loads of pin sharp shots but had to push myself and camera to its limits!
